Wagtail Barn

The property lies within a family orientated collection of nine sympathetically styled barn conversions and cottages and includes a shared indoor heated swimming pool, games room & outdoor play area. 

Seating for 10 people allows everyone to relax in the cosy family lounge with a traditional log burner. Wagtail provides all the home comforts that you would expect.

OUTDOORS

Wagtail's own private patio area offers the perfect haven for the family to enjoy a summer barbecue & a glass of wine. 

The communal gardens have BBQ facilities and a children's playground with stunning views over the rolling Devon countryside.

ON SITE FACILITIES

The leisure building consists of a large heated indoor swimming pool and indoor children's play room with pool table, table tennis and table football as well as things for younger children to enjoy.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Wagtail will accommodate 8 to 10 guests. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: 

Master bedroom located on first floor with king size bed, double sofa bed (made up on request) and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two located on first floor with two single beds and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom Three located on ground floor with double bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom Four located on ground floor with two single beds.

DOGS

We do welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. Please note that the area around Wagtail Barn is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the site. There are ample grasssy areas around the car park where dogs can be exercised. For your convenience there are two dog feeding bowls supplied at the property.
